The Faculty of Da'wah and Foundations of Religion at Al-Asmarya Islamic University is organizing the Second International Scientific Conference on Libyan Religious Identity, titled: "Integrating Jurisprudence, Creed and Sufism in the Thought of Abu al-Abbas Ahlulu al-Zliteni (d. 898 AH)", under the motto: "Religious identity is a fundamental pillar of national unity."
The conference's research centers on the three dimensions of Islam as mentioned in the hadith of Gabriel (peace be upon him), narrated by Imams al-Bukhari and Muslim:
